Terminó el Mundial para Panamérica – QAT 2015 – WC ended for Panamerica

http://ift.tt/1q13v8X

A group of very noisy fans and a huge number of tremendous saves by Danijel Saric gave the Qatari team a dream start to the World Championships tournament with a 28:23 win in the opening game.

An early difference of three goals (4:1) did not last long. Brazil improved their game, to score two in a row, but continued throughout the whole match with ups and downs that would prove typical of the match and made it clear nerves were a factor for both sides.

Despite being ahead by 13:6 Qatar only managed to take a lead of 15:12 by half-time.

The second half was almost a repeat of the first with Qatar taking a comfortable lead only to put it in jeopardy about midway through the period.

But when the going really got tough, Qatar could put their faith in their goalkeeper Danijel Saric, who played a briliant game and turned out to be the game deciding player.
