El pasado 10 de marzo, Mario Moccia -Presidente de la Federación Panamerica de Handball (PATHF)- realizó una visita oficial a Puerto Rico. Allí, como parte de su programa de actividades, sostuvo una importante reunión con Ramón Orta, Presidente del Consejo Iberoamericano del Deporte (CID) y, además, Secretario de Recreación y Deportes de Puerto Rico.
En dicha reunión se discutieron asuntos de interés para el desarrollo del handball en América y se dio inicio a conversaciones para suscribir un acuerdo de colaboración entre la PATHF y el CID.
También participaron de este encuentro Rafael Sepúlveda -Vicepresidente de Desarrollo de la PATHF-, Carlos Ferrea -Tesorero de la PATHF-, Néstor Milete -Presidente de la Federación de Balonmano de Puerto Rico- y Héctor Landrau -Viceresidente de la Federación de Balonmano de Puerto Rico-.
Last March 10th, Mario Moccia -President of the Panamerican Team Handball Federation (PATHF)- made an official visit to Puerto Rico. There, as part of his agenda, he held an important meeting with Ramon Orta, President of the Iberoamerican Sports Council (CID) and, also, Secretary of Recreation and Sports of Puerto Rico.
In that meeting, they discused matters of interest for the developing of handball in the Americas and they started conversations to subscribe a colaboration agreement between PATHF and CID.
Also participated of the meeting Rafael Sepulveda -Vicepresident of Development of the PATHF-, Carlos Ferrea -Treasurer of the PATHF-, Nestor Milete -President of the Handball Federation of Puerto Rico- and Hector Landrau -Vicepresident of the Handball Federation of Puerto Rico-.
